ATUSA SMART COMMUNITY

With increasing urbanization, and demand for modernization, there is now a global demand for infrastructure consolidation, upgrade, and continuous improvement. There is now a greater need than ever for: * Adherence to cybersecurity, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Improved energy efficiency and reduced electrical power cost.* Seamless integration between systems, sites, people, and assets.A smart community is an interconnected community that leverages the intelligent use of technologies to benefit its citizens for economic growth, social benefits, and environmental sustainability. Smart community services are about maintaining and improving the livability of the community in the face of increasing pressures (budgets, population growth, global competition, etc.), while providing cost efficiencies and new revenue opportunities that improve fiscal sustainability. The smart community concept is new and evolving as the number of communities using “smart” technologies continues to grow. Although several communities have taken actions to leverage smart technologies—such as installing smart street lighting, traffic or pedestrian sensors, and developing enhanced communications, smart buildings, or smart transportation technologies—few have comprehensively adopted smart community concepts across multiple sectors.
ATUSA Smart Community (ASC) is a technologically modern area that employs various electronic instruments, sensors, and voice activation methods to manage assets, resources, and services efficiently. In the ASC, all power generation systems, transportation, utilities, water supply network, waste, crime detection, and other community services will be performed by a smart network management system. Applications such as phase change material (PCM) in the ASC buildings, building automation systems, dynamic electricity pricing, rooftop solar power generation system, and some mobility applications could combine to cut emissions drastically.
Since the most significant source of water waste is leakage from pipes, various sensors and analytics will be used in the ASC domestic water distribution system to cut those losses by up to 25 percent. Applications such as pay-as-you-throw digital tracking can decrease the volume of solid waste per capita by 10 to 20 percent. In the ASC, 25 to 80 liters of water per person will be saved each day and reduce unrecycled solid waste by 30 to 130 kilograms per person annually. The smart mobility of the ASC system is one of the essential characteristics of the ASC community. ATUSA team collaborates with the best electric vehicle companies to establish an affordable smart mobility system for the ASC habitants. In the ASC system, all transactions in gaming rooms, bowling, swimming poll, … will be done by ATUSA Token.
ATUSA smart communities are designed where every home in the neighborhood is a smart home giving the homeowners control over smart home features such as climate control, smart lighting, and smart security. The ASC project has created room for partnerships with the private sector and modern companies.
